At hillside brewery you can see, touch, smell & experience the brewing process up close, before sitting back to taste a well-earned ale overlooking some of Gloucestershire’s most stunning landscapes.
An exciting brewery based upon running on green sustainable brewing methods with a wide range of beer & craft ales. A family owned and run company, based in the Forest of Dean on a stunning 40 acre farm.
We opened in May 2014 and have since received over 16 awards. We brew real ale and craft beer using traditional methods using the finest ingredients. We take pride in what we do and everything is done by hand, on site, by us to make sure you get the quality and consistency you deserve.
We have regular brewery tours & tasting sessions, full day hands on brewery experience days where you can come and learn how to brew and we also have an onsite shop selling our beers, merchandise, local produce such as wine and chutneys and even beer ice cream!
As well as this we offer team building days including fun activities in and around the Forest of Dean such as Archery Tag, Battlesports, shooting school, kayaking, cookery classes and more!
